From conventional welding methods such as MMA & TIG through to MIG & Orbital, we believe our piping fabrication and installation speaks for itself.
We work with mainly stainless and carbon steels but are also comfortable with high nickel alloys and exotic metals.
Plant and Piping layout is often determined by engineers of various disciplines. This is a wonderful way to produce neat lines, also helping construction conform inside given regulations. Drawings are then produced initially on a general arrangement (GA,) then through progression and further calculations . normally finish up as fabrication drawings. These are know as Isometrics.
Piping spools (as they’re known) are then made and installed by fitters. This speaking loosely is the way welded pipe work would be fabricated. But not all welded pipework installations can warrant this type of cost. And for most clients, they are looking primarily for a ‘safe system’ and secondary neat lines.
Dependant on specification and insurance requirements, we are happy to have a discussion based on your needs. We continue to build a catalogue of welding procedures which reflect our previous and current work. Our facilities continue to welcome 3rd parties for Non-Destructive Testing, and witness approvals where required.
